The Agent Era: Routing, Tools, and Autonomous AI Capabilities

Start: 17.12.2025 @ 18:00

PyData Skopje invites you to the final talk of the year. The topic is “The Agent Era: Routing, Tools, and Autonomous AI Capabilities”, and the lecture will be delivered by Teodora Mladenovska from Pythian on December 17, 2025, at 18:00, hosted at Base42.

Talk: The Agent Era: Routing, Tools, and Autonomous AI Capabilities

The event will focus on the emerging Agent Era, a period in which AI agents are becoming a key driving force behind autonomous processes, intelligent routing, and the use of tools within modern systems.

Teodora will provide a clear overview of what AI agents are, the different types that exist, and how they are applied across various domains. The talk will also cover modern communication protocols between agents, such as MCP and A2A, highlighting their role in enabling secure, fast, and coordinated interaction among autonomous systems.

The presentation will offer insight into how agents operate in practical scenarios—ranging from selecting appropriate tools and optimizing workflows to making decisions in dynamic environments. The final section will outline key trends and directions that shape the development of autonomous AI capabilities, as well as the potential these advancements bring in the near future.

Speaker: Teodora Mladenovska holds a degree in Computer Technologies and Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje, and is currently pursuing her master’s studies in Intelligent Systems at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering.

She works as a Machine Learning Engineer at Pythian, where she develops and implements solutions using traditional machine learning, deep learning, and large language models. In her work, she continuously experiments with new methods and technologies, adapting her skills to the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence. She actively explores innovative approaches, conducts experiments with different models and algorithms, and contributes to developing solutions for real, complex problems.
